Anniversary Seminar at Moose Jaw - July 16th-18th, 2010 Print E-mail
Written by Mike Homann

Once again, Moose Jaw Lodge is hosting the much-anticipated Anniversary Seminar.  The seminar is sponsored by Pshi Kai Do Karate and the Flambeau Self Defense League, Inc. in honor of Master Van Auken’s years in the arts.  Get ready to enjoy a vigorous workout along with some great fun and great food as usual!!

The seminar will last six hours.  Each session will be about 45 minutes long, each with an instructor from a different style.

After the workout the annual Broken Paddle Canoe Race will be held.  To enter the race, just bring a canoe and three people (One has to be under 12 years of age) who want to race and have fun.  Following the fun in the water, we will be devouring a large pig with all the fixins.

The cost of the event is $ 35.00 for participants and $15.00 for spectators.  This includes lunch on Saturday, the pig roast on Saturday evening, and camping Friday and Saturday night

I hope to see all of you there.
